Cotton Fiber Yarn Packing Impregnated with PTFE Dispersion - Style 5150

Cotton fiber yarn packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion is braided from cotton fiber yarns and impregnated with PTFE emulsion. It is designed for hydraulic applications in low and  medium pressure pumps and valves, and where contamination is not permitted.

Application and Advantages

Cotton fiber yarn packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion is a multi-purpose packing for use with rotary- and piston-pumps with more solid particles. And can be used for cold and hot water, hydrous solutions containing solids, cellulose slurry, brine, oils, greases, etc. It is an economical packing, and flexible and resilient and installs easily. Low shaft wear.
