PTFE Graphite Gland Packing - Style 2020

PTFE graphite gland packing is an excellent general service packing. It exhibits good thermal conductivity characteristics resulting in higher shaft speed, feet-per-minute ratings, than other similar compression braided packing. And PTFE graphite gland packing is diagonally braided from pure expanded PTFE yarn with incorporated encapsulated graphite, lubricated without silicone oil. The suppleness, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and excellent heat dissipation properties of the PTFE graphite gland packing make it one of the most widely used and most versatile compression braided packing in the market.

Application Areas of PTFE Graphite Gland Packing

PTFE graphite gland packing is very versatile pump packing, can also be used for valves, mixers, agitators, etc. And it is particularly well suited for service involving high peripheral speeds and temperatures, where pure PTFE packings fail.

Not Suitable For

Highly oxidizing media like oleum, fuming nitric acid, aqua regia, gaseous fluorine, lacquer and paints.
